About EPS
The mission of EPS is to design all-inclusive, individualized programs based on the enhancement of strength, speed, flexibility, explosiveness and recovery training for the improvement of an athlete's sports performance.
Our unique approach to training and conditioning, results in a better prepared athlete, ready to compete at the next level. In addition, we take the time to truly understand the athlete as an individual.
EPS was created to train and guide athletes (youth, high-school and collegiate level) to achieve their
goals. Making them stronger, bigger, faster and mentally tougher, ultimately giving our athletes a head start on their competition.
Methods
EPS uses the most advanced techniques and state-of-the-art-equipment to train and condition their athletes. We have the ability to prepare the athlete for the combine or their pro day, as well as making a non-starter become a starter.
Bottom line, we strive to get the athlete well prepared for their chosen sport.
In addition to combine training, there are several other techniques used to improve athletes performance. Sprint training and strength training are two key aspects of an athlete's training regime. During the sprint training, we work on different factors of the 40-yard dash, in order to improve the end result, creating a faster time. Secondly, by incorporating strength training into the training program, EPS helps their athletes become stronger and more explosive.
Some other crucial factors of the EPS training program, will include flexibility training
(dynamic/static), recovery methods/training and nutritional methods.
